By accessing or using AsystenciAI Postiz ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided as a personal, internal tool to assist with social media content scheduling and publishing.
AsystenciAI Postiz is an internal application that integrates with social media platforms (including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X) via their official APIs to schedule and publish content owned by the operator.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content published via the Service complies with the terms of service of each respective social media platform, including but not limited to TikTok's Community Guidelines and Content Posting API Terms of Service.
The Service uses OAuth 2.0 to obtain authorization to publish on your behalf. You may revoke this authorization at any time through the connected platform's settings. The Service does not store your social media account credentials.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
The Service complies with all applicable platform developer policies. Any abuse of the Service that violates a platform's terms (such as TikTok's Developer Terms of Service) is the responsibility of the user.
These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
